What is the final booking deadline before starting the course?
You can book your course at the latest three days before the start. For instance it is possible to book on Friday and start your course on Monday. Keep in mind, if you book late, your class might be fully booked. The earlier you book, the more certainty of starting your Spanish course on your desired date.

When will I receive a certificate?
By the end of the course you will receive a certificate with your Spanish level accredited by “ instituto cervantes”.

What is a D.E.L.E. certificate?
D.E.L.E. is the abbreviation of ‘Diploma de Espanol como Langua Extranjera’, this means it is a certificate for Spanish as a foreign language. The D.E.L.E. certificate is the only one internationally recognized. The Instituto Cervantes (the biggest international organization specialized in the Spanish language) grants this certificate as proof of knowledge of the Spanish language.

Is it possible to change or cancel my course when I already booked?
Yes, this is possible. This means you can modify your course whenever you want. If you want to cancel your course, the consequence is that you don’t receive the deposit in return.

How does the payment work?
Through the website you can make a deposit of €100. After you booked the course and made the deposit you will receive a confirmation of your booking. In this document we will explain how you can realize the rest of the payment.

How is my level of Spanish defined for a suitable class?
After the confirmation of your booking you will be requested to complete a level test, unless you are aware of your Spanish level. Based on these test results, your level is determined. You always have the possibility to change from class whenever the level is too low or too high.

What will my timetable look like?
After the reservation you will obtain two things; a confirmation of your booking and ‘your Valencia Guide’. Whenever your Spanish level is determined you will receive information about your timetable. Besides the school will send you an username and code so you can look online for your timetable.

What should I bring to my first class?
The most important things are a pencil and some paper, don’t forget your enthusiasm as well! Teaching material is handed out by the school.

How many students are in one class?
Both schools have a maximum of 10 students in a class.

I am unable to attend the class, what should I do?
No problem, you can reschedule the class to a desired moment of your choice. Please inform your school if you are not able to attend. Contact your school about the agreements for catching up lessons.

How long does it take to increase my Spanish level?
This depends on the number of lessons you follow per week. Approximately within a month you are able to increase a level.

Is it possible to book the course without booking an apartment?
Of course! We help you anytime, also with adjusted requirements.

Will there be WiFi available at school?
At both locations you can benefit from free WiFi.

What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay in the student apartment is 1 full week.

Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, the deposit is €100. You´ll get this amount in return by the time you leave, in terms that everything is left in the same condition.

How many bedrooms does the apartment have?
Generally the apartment has 4 bedrooms.

Does every room has its own key?
Yes, every room has its own key to lock and unlock the door.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, plates, glasses, etc.

Are the costs per month included with electricity, WiFi, gas and water?
Yes, all costs are included in the monthly price. You don´t have to worry about any unexpected costs.
